Basware Message is a program that can be installed on your work station or company server to send invoices. Before you can start sending e-invoices via the Basware Virtual Printer, you must first download the Basware Message software onto your computer. To set up the service, you need to provide 5-10 test invoices that represent different invoice types you use. Once the Message software is installed, you must send these test invoices to Basware and allow the delivery team to map your invoice fields in the service. After the service is set up, all you need to do is add your customer's e-invoice address to your system.
